Roza first came to East Oxford Action (EOA) as a work experience placement but by the time it came to an end she had already proved her worth so much that she was appointed as the company's administrator.

Over the three years that followed Roza grew in stature in the organisation, becoming the company's bookkeeper (she qualified while working at EOA) and working closely with the company's treasurer to prepare the accounts.

Roza was incredibly loyal and when the company ceased trading in 2009 she went to work for our treasurer in his accountancy firm. Roza is an excellent example of how, given a chance, refugees can make excellent employees.
