P@W partners

Potential@Work partners work independently and with others to provide targeted support for disadvantaged and marginalised people living in Oxfordshire. We work with people who have mental health issues, refugees and people who have experienced homelessness to access training, volunteering and work experience placements, and paid employment.

Aspire Oxfordshire

Established in 1999, we are a social enterprise with charitable status. We run high quality businesses, providing opportunities for ex-homeless people to gain work experience before Aspire supports them into independent sustained employment. We regularly see individuals change their lives dramatically through work.

Refugee Resource

We aim to relieve distress, improve wellbeing and facilitate the integration of refugees and asylum seekers by providing practical, social and psychological support. Our employment service offers employers access to committed, hard-working employees; and provides training, advice and information about permission to work and overseas qualifications.
