P@W partners offer discounted training for companies who provide work experience placements or paid employment to people who use our services.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Oxfordshire
Delivered by Restore, the MHFA is a 12-hour intensive course, usually delivered over two days. The course is designed for anyone who may come into contact with people with mental health issues, for example at work, and provides an overview of common mental health problems, causes, symptoms and treatments.

Employing refugees
Refugee Resource offers training and presentations on issues concerning refugees and asylum seekers. Training can be arranged to meet your needs and may include:
- refugees and asylum seekers – who are they and why are they in the UK;
- working transculturally;
- right to work documentation; and
- working within race discrimination legislation and other employment issues.
